Line breaks and copy/paste has become a nightmare since the new rollout when writing/editing tickets, especially from macros.

I can probably give some context - when using our favorite plugin for using templates (Clippings for Firefox - it's usually preferable to us to Zendesk's built-in Macros, though we use those as well), line breaks are replaced by a '@' character.
For us it started this morning (March 28).
