Signatures in ticket comments sent via channel apps
When posting comments to tickets created via channel apps ( e.g. Google play ) agent signature is added and seen in the agent workspace, though the signature is not sent channel.
I think an agent signature is not required for those types of tickets as it takes space, and confuses agents, as the signature itself is not sent to the channel.

Our Zendesk support is integrated to Telegram. Every new conversation automatically opens a ticket in Zendesk. The signature agent has set on Zendesk is not displayed in the telegram chat.
We want the agent's signature to show on telegram chat as we need to know the agent who last responded on the issue.
