My company is working to improve our subscriber retention, and as part of that, we are attempting to roll-out a "surprise and delight" initiative. To that end, it is our goal to provide "thank you" rewards to users that contact our support team for a variety of different reasons. We are not a physical products company, however, we are open to physically sending something in the mail, but I'm curious to know how other companies manage "rewards" via their CS teams? Are their apps available for ZD that would make the management of shipping "free" products to our digital members? Are their print on demand companies that can integrate with ZD? The world is big and I would love to know what some of the options are.
