Feature request: Make ticket tabs moveable & reorderable

Hi Zen,
It would be great to be able to reorder & organise ticket tabs in the same way that you can rearrange tabs in Chrome or Edge.

Hello everyone, thank you for your continued engagement on this thread and expressing your interest in this feature request. We understand that this feature is a priority for many of our customers however I do want to confirm here, as stated on the older thread referenced, our last update remains as the official response to this post: and this feature request is valid however we are not able to commit to prioritization at this time.
I understand how our recent updates about this feature not being prioritized might have caused frustration because we didn't reference our guidelines in this post. Product feedback that is provided in this space is not guaranteed to be included on any product backlog or roadmaps. While we listen and read every piece of feedback that comes through this forum, in some instances, our product teams need to make the tough decision to work in a direction that is not aligned with a particular piece of feedback. This Community forum is simply for sharing your challenges and how you use the product, but it is not a case/resolution system.
At this time I am going to close this post for comment and direct folks to the older thread to add support and use cases for this feature request. If our position changes on prioritization, we will be updating there. Here's a thread where a bunch of us have been asking for this since 2018. And while adding my agreement to that thread, I found a previous request from 2014, which has since been removed.
Yes please, product managers -- many many many of your users would find it extremely useful to be able to reorder their tabs. Especially if it's going to remain impossible to display the ticket topic in the tabs once we have to switch to the new agent workspace.
