New Request Page - Automatically fill a field when submitting a request
Hello, I have a scenario where I couldn't get an answer about.
Scenario : The end user is connected on the help center and wants to submit a new request. There's a field where he must enter his contract number each time he submits a requests although we have all his informations on Support ( Contract number / Address / Name / Client Number etc...).
Problem : How can we automatically fill the "Contract number" field for each end user (the database on Support gathers all informations about an end user.
Any and all help would be appreciated !

Upon checking, a ticket has already been created for this concern, Ticket ID #10365707. As it turns out this functionality is not natively available. However, you can leverage custom script and Guide API for it. Unfortunately, it is outside Advocacy's support.
