Hi Zendesk Community,
I think it will be nice for any company - if Zendesk allowed it - to let their customers let comments on Guide articles without being connected.
Via a box than will send an e-mail to the right team.
Because currently you have 3 options:
- allow comment but users have to connect through SSO (good but need to allow SSO)
- allow comment but users have to connect through a basic Zendesk account (lot of password issues because the customer will have difficulties understanding if and why the zendesk pswd is different than the business pswd
- not allow comment and have a "fixed"/not living help center
