Trigger to send Time Log to Webhook
I am trying to create a trigger to send agent ticket update time on a trigger to a webhook, however the fields are not listed in the available list of tags. Is this possible?
Hey Ross Edwards - can you explain a bit more? Are you using the Zendesk Time Tracking app and looking to reference the "Total time spent" field in your webhook update? I'm not sure what you mean by list of tags.
