Thank you for your efforts. I would like to leave my opinion regarding Zendesk Guide.
I think if the catalog page or the section page could provide sorting or filtering features on its page, end-users(customers) would be very comfortable when they try to seek content among a lot of contents on the article lists. There are not many options to sort articles. It means we need to create more sections and a complex knowledge base of a helpdesk will be provided to our customers(end-users).
Zendesk provides some filter options on its search result page. But Zendesk Guide should provide sorting/filtering options additionally to improve UX for the Zendesk solution.
I understand it is not that easy to put the feature on Zendesk at the moment. But I think your team could improve Zendesk Guide for end-users from a small thing.
