Internal notes and public replies not appearing after hitting "Submit"
I've been having a problem recently with Zendesk where if I type in an internal note or public reply and click submit, the note doesn't appear until I refresh the page. Recently I did a full reset on my machine and the problem is still happening.
Is there anyone else running into this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
Hi Allen :), can you share the screenshot of your query?
I'm not really sure that's anything I can provide since it'll contain personal information. But the specific steps I do are the following:
- Type in an internal note
- Click "Submit as open"
- After clicking "Submit as open" the message disappears and the internal note is nowhere to be seen
- I refresh the Zendesk page entirely
- Internal note is now showing
