  It's not acceptable for Zendesk to force unwanted updates on their customers.

  Agree with the above, it was a really useful (basic) feature that we were using a lot.
  
  

  Bring the sort by subject back!

  I absolutely agree with this. Sorting by Subject is a needed feature.

  No update, hopefully we are pushing them to get this feature back, it is really needed!

  Please reconsider this change. Sorting by subject is a basic function that everyone should have access to.
