Add an undo and recall button to Agent Workspace
1. If there is an undo button, when agents edit the content of reply, they can press this button back to previous content.
2. If there is a recall option that after agents send replies, they can recall this message within a certain time and edit the content again, it would be very helpful!

It would be great to have this as part of the standard product. Would be a great feature.
