    Hey Rebeca,
     
    It's odd that adding wifi as a label is not working for you. Can you try adding it back again and doing a browser refresh or possibly testing from a private browser to see if it shows the correct article?
     
    I'd also recommend taking a look at our Best practices for adding labels to your Help Center

    Hi Brett,

    Thanks a lot for your response. I have tried refreshing the browser and also from an incognito window, but still no luck, unfortunately.

    I have also checked the article you shared but nothing really covers the issue we are experiencing.

    Hey Rebeca,
     
    It may be worth adding the labels and then testing using the default Copenhagen theme to see if there's any custom code on your Guide theme that is causing this issue.

    It's possible that there's some custom code that is interfering with the expected behavior.
