Automatically detect and apply list formatting
When you type `1. ` or `- ` at the start of a new line, the editor should format that as an ordered or unordered list.
Note: The backticks are there just to show that the formatting is applied when you press <space> to start typing the content of a line item.

We have recently added markdown support to CB editor and we have plans to extend it to article editor in 2023
