Messaging Bot Feature Request - Lack of conditional logic

Implementing a conditional logic on the messaging bot will allow to have sophisticated flows that assist users and provide answers more accurately. Moreover, having conditions for variables will also allow us to provide a personal touch by having a previous database on the writing user.

Thank you for the feedback. The conditional step type is something we want to support and is on the roadmap. I can't give you an exact timeframe at this stage but it's looking to be towards the end of the year.

Bump on this suggestion. This may also help on the 2,000 steps limitation of the Messaging's flow builder. Looking forward to the rollout.
