Attached images stopped working

Zendesk Team,

Within the past 12-24 hours something changed, by where image attachments provided by customers, are now producing an error when clicking on them to view. I say this, as images (as well as other attachments) use to offer a "Preview" or "Download" option, but now images produce an error when clicking on them (see screenshot) and other file types immediately open the download/save dialogue box.

This new behavior for non-image files is fine, but the error when attempting to view image files (with no download option) is not acceptable.

Again, this was all working fine as of yesterday morning, but has since been changed. Since Zendesk has been making a lot of backend changes recently (with regards to Agent Workspace), this may be affecting more than just my company's instance/s.

Our team has deployed a fix to resolve the issue preventing ticket attachments from loading in Zendesk Support today.
Please ensure you hard refresh your browser to ensure the fix is applied before you attempt to load ticket attachments.

Hi Alex, this issue is present on our end

We create tickets via API and attach the image to the ticket

in the ticket UI the ticket appears like the following

 

 

 

 

and when I go to view it

 

 

I've reset my cookies, hard refreshed the browser, this is causing issue for us to provide support.
