Add mentions for internal notes to the bell icon

    The Bell icon at the moment is exclusive to Messaging agents, meaning only Messaging notifications will appear in there.

    Agents should be able to see their mentions in the home dashboard (by clicking on the house on the top right corner) - There is a feed with all comment mentions, assigned Tickets and priority changes. 

    However in my experience, it isn't very intuitive at this time.

    ZenDesk mentioned on their relate that they have plans to rework the Agent Home Dashboard and include this functionality in there:

    Hey Shayan,

    Thanks for the reply. This new Home page is looking sweet!

    Currently, I don't see any mentions listed on the home page, I searched but nothing to be found.
