We started using Zendesk fully today and there is something I have noticed. I get a notification that I am tagged in a ticket, but that only appears for a short while. I also really don't want to go outside of Zendesk to check my e-mails and see if I was tagged.
It would be great if a mention in a ticket was listed under the top right bell icon. See image below, made by one of your Zendesk team employees as an example. (Thanks Suelem!)
The mention notification would then also be shown in the bell icon list for me to come back to later or to be notified that I have a tag.
