    Hi,

    I didn't receive an email with a ticket number.

    I think our account manager already opened a ticket - this is exactly the problem - we keep having tickets and emails and even chatting - but even you (Zendesk) - when you give advice to your customers, say that sometimes chatting is not enough - sometimes you have to TALK to your customer in order to solve the problem - and the unfortunate truth is that there is absolutely no way to talk to you....

    When SMS service stops working - it harms your customer's business - it is a crucial problem - PLEASE talk to me, don't chat or email me.....

    Thanks for following up here again. Your ticket number is  #10617992 and it actually looks like an agent emailed you back in that ticket to gather some additional information from you. You'll want to reply to their email so they can assist further as this isn't something we will be able to solve in the forums. 
     
    If you haven't received those responses let me know and we can dig into where those notifications are going.

    Did you get your answer and help needed.  I to am frustrated that there seems to be no way to speak to someone at Zendesk for help.  I understand that Zendesk offer a service whereby phone calls and numbers can be linked to our zendesk account so that phone conversations can be linked to tickets.  However seems that no one at Zendesk picks up the phone to help with questions of their customers and users of their system.

    I need help with a particular issue on our system too, have asked for a ticket to be raised for me, and then directed to the Get Help section within our zendesk dashboard.  Unfortunately this isn't working and the guidance to it is out of date.

    Brett Bowser can you create a ticket for me with regards to CC'd recipients replies always coming in as private notes.
