A way to restrict access to custom statuses

    Hi Bobby,

    Thanks for your feedback. We are working on an enhancement to Custom statuses, which will allow you to set specific statuses based on your ticket workflow. Separate statuses for HR requests vs finance or legal requests. This will be available post GA.
