Show chat button when agents are offline without giving visitors possibility to open tickets
Hello everyone
As written in the title, I would like to find a solution in order to show the chat button even when agents are offline, without giving visitors the ability to open tickets (so without using contact form or offline form).
In other words I would like the visitor to be able to write to agents only via chat and only when agents are online.
At the moment, when agents are offline, the chat button disappears and the visitor donesn't know agents are offline and doesn't know at what time they will be available again.
I would like to find a solution where the button remains, in order to warn visitors that agents are offline and customize the message to show for example working hours.
I tried suppressing all except chat, but it doesn't seem to work

Hi Fabio,
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to customize the offline form in that specific way. You could however, add/edit text in the offline form to display the online hours for chat agents. Customers would still be able to leave a message though.
