We are sad to be switching from Zendesk to the Roche enterprise ServiceNow platform after ~8 years.
We would like to redirect from https://roche.zendesk.com/hc/en-us#/ to a URL I can provide if this is the right channel.
Our Customer Success Rep email@example.com advised us to open a ticket and cc him, but ironically I am unable to figure out how to do that.
The advice in Contacting Zendesk Customer Support Option 2 does not match what I see when I click my profile picture.
