"Start over" Zendesk Messaging Answer Bot
Hi team,
I'm having issue with the flow builder with Answer Bot via messaging.
Would it be possible to add a step that is "start from the beginning" where the bot would just reset?
The "start over" answer from the bot is sadly too inconsistent, so I would like to create an answer if the customer types "back" or "start again" or "end chat" or "reset" or "start over", where the bot would answer something like "Would you like to close everything and start from the beginning?"

I would like to build on Sam's feedback and suggest adding "Answers" as a step type, which would basically plug different answers together at branch ends allowing highly modular flows with easy "start over" and "go back" workarounds.
For example, a "Start Over" option can be inserted in any "Present options". Selecting it would trigger the starting answer instead of "training end users" by having them type a certain phrase or waiting for them to type unrecognisable question to trigger fallback behaviour.This can also enable reusable answers such as a "tracking shipment" answer plugged in "order status" and "refunds" answers alike.
