Extend incremental search to end-user views

Feature request summary

Incremental search on dropdown and multi-select fields is available for agents from the agent view, but incremental search is not possible for end-users when navigating the same fields.

Use cases

Ex: We have a dropdown with 50 options. Going into the ticket creation process, the end-user may already know what they are looking for and would like to select the field and type "Z" to see the available options matching this search in real-time, rather than scroll down to the section that their selection may live.

Impact of limitation or missing feature

In some cases, this may lead to a poor customer experience. To accommodate, we've restructured the fields we require from end-users with this limitation in mind.
