ZenDesk email reply email ID ?!
Hi,
I'm working a client who uses Jira, I receive ticket from him via his Jira platform, when replying our reply goes from support+ticketID@email.com. The issue is the reply to the ticket is not updated in their Jira as the email address is not registered with their platform as its not feasible to add a new email address to their Jira for every new ticket from ZenDesk.
Anyone knows any solution to this, can the ticket email be set in ZenDesk for this Project ?

Hi Tryllz, to note, Zendesk is not natively setup to communicate with Jira projects via email. Currently, if you wanted new issues/tickets to sync communication across accounts, you would need to implement the Zendesk-Jira integration found here. However, note that the integration can only connect one ZD instance to a Jira instance, and does not allow for multiple connections.
