Feature Request: Multi Select Field - Make Conditional

Our forms would benefit from a conditional Multi-select field. 

We currently have multiple check boxes that are conditional (opens another text box). This is a bit unappealing to the customer/end-user-facing form. 

I'd like to request that this and all other fields are added to be used conditionally.

I wish I could upvote this request more than once.  We utilize other pieces of form request software where you are able to create conditional logic based off multi-select fields, I was suprised to learn that Zendesk didn't offer this functionality.

The clunkiness of the workarounds on this one is real.

Ten dropdown boxes or radio buttons to declare simple yes/no conditions where one field could produce the same results in a fraction of the space and time. Translated into user experience, this kills buy in.

I am building a complex form. My clients sometimes need to submit multiple types of tasks. Each task has follow up questions. There is no conditional logic for multi select fields which ultimately means, to avoid drastic inefficiencies, that I need to avoid letting clients submit multiple different task types altogether within a single form submission. This requires clients to then submit multiple tickets that my team needs to merge. Personnel time is spend on administrative tasks rather than execution.

I don't understand why a “If value is (or includes)” logic can't be included in the conditions section, which enables you to select a Multiselect field, and select any of the applicable options.  This would solve the issue users are reporting.

Hi,

I don't understand why we can't use a conditional logic with multi-select fields. This is super valuable and important for our clients when selecting reasons for returning their items. Please put this on a high-priority as I can't believe this is not a feature on Zendesk!

As the functionality is still not available I will have to do more checkboxes...
