Call and Voicemail Recording DeletionsAnswered
Feature Request Summary:
We should be able to grant the ability to delete call recordings to users defined as admins in the Talk product without giving them the admin role in Zendesk Support/Suite as a whole. Or be able to grant it with a Support role.
Admin role in Support allows for vast access to the system that should be limited to those managing the system whereas the deletion of recordings can be managed by a voice team manager. For large teams there are likely to be more voice team managers than overall system admins.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Cannot grant deletion access to correct people because cannot give them overall admin access. Creates a bottleneck of deletion because it goes to a small pool of admins.
