Issues Integrating Outlook with Zendesk Sell

Ever since Microsoft 2 step authentication was introduced in Zendesk Sell our email integration has not worked.  The issues appears to be that we use aliases and this is not supported.  Are others having this issue and how is it being resolved?

We had this issue too.  We could not find a way around it and had to stop using aliases for our Sell users, which has caused great confusion amongst our users. It's been a frustrating few months.

Thanks Stephanie Church for your feedback.  We have also been extremely frustrated with being unable to use the email integration with Zendesk.  It's a real pain for our sales folks.  Our IT group is still trying to find a solution so If something pops out I will post here for you.
