What is the Agent state and activity historical reporting EAP?

    Hello Karen. We registered for this EAP some time ago (fever.zendesk.com), but still didn't receive any confirmation. Could you please give us a status update on the program? Thank you!

    Hi Carlota, 

    Thanks for reaching out, we had to pause enablement briefly due to an issue found, we are verifying the fix currently with the impacted customers and then will resume enablement. I will make sure to update once enablement continues.
