How do I provide feedback for the Agent state and activity historical reporting EAP?
We are delighted you have agreed to participate in our EAP! Please make sure to post any issues, comments, feedback, or bugs and we will respond here as quickly as possible!
There are a few things we ask during this EAP:
- Provide feedback on the dashboard, associated datasets, and overall usability.
- Report any bugs you or your team encounter in this community, to your account Customer Success Manager, or through Support.
- Be open to working very closely with us throughout this program through interviews, emails, and dedicated support channels.
- Accept that this is an EAP and we will be working hard to constantly make improvements based on feedback.
Any feedback can be posted in the comments below or a separate thread, if required.
