Average Ticket Count by Day
Simple recipe I'm sure but how do I see what our average daily ticket count is?

In Explore there is actually a metric called "Tickets Created - Daily Average" then you can filter which week, month, or year you want to see your daily average.

Could you maybe provide a recipe? Sorry I have a hard time starting from scratch. I don't see that under the metics. Not sure what to put in columns or rows either. Jahn Bronilla

Hello Kate,
1. Go to explore - https://yourdomain.zendesk.com/explore#/reports-library
2. Click "New Report" upper right hand corner
3. Select Dataset "Support" then sub dataset "Support-Tickets"
4. In Metrics select "SUM(Tickets Created - Daily Average) (COUNT(Tickets)/DCOUNT_VALUES([Ticket created - Date]))
5. In Rows select "Tickets Created - Day of the week" or depends on what you prefer to select then you can filter the date which week, month, or year you want to see.
