Welcome to the MS Teams for side conversations early access program! This EAP provides a new way for agents to collaborate with their colleagues in Microsoft Teams via side conversations directly from their Zendesk tickets. Agents will be able to create new side conversations to any channel the Zendesk app is in so they can ask questions, make requests, or initiate processes, without having to leave Zendesk. Any replies to the Teams threads will be sent back to the side conversation, ensuring that no information is lost in Teams, but instead stored with the tickets that spawned the conversations.
