Agents can't see the articles from the end-user's perspective
We have agents that need to update and review pages on Zendesk but are also content consumers, as they need to have access to the content from an end user's perspective to see the new updates, etc. However, once they click on a category when seeing the webpage, it says they aren't allowed to see the content. Why could that be?
