Feature Request: Add "Share Ticket" as an available action for Macros

When looking at the options for Automations and Trigger actions for Macros, we noticed that the Conditions offered are slightly different. For example, in Automations we can choose to perform Ticket: Share ticket with but we can't choose this in Trigger. It would be more helpful to us to have this option available in the Trigger actions. Thoughts?

I definitely hear your frustrations with inconsistent options between triggers and automations. This is something we are actively working to improve, so keep an eye on the Announcements page. 

As for the ticket sharing action you specifically called out, that is an available action in Triggers. Under the 'Ticket' section in the triggers action menu, you'll select 'Share ticket with' then select where you'd like to share the ticket (see below):
