Can I customize columns in "Requested tickets" in end user profile view?

I would like to add the "Channel" column as shown in the screenshot below. Is this possible?

 

Use case:

I want the agents to quickly see if the customer recently called us (inbound calls), or if we recently had any missed calls from them. 

 

 

We're on a Team Support plan.

We also need add a 'Resolved' column in this view. Doesn't matter if the change is modifying code in Help Center or if using 'custom views' as another tickets views.

Zendesk Support team, please add this need in your product backlog for deliver in next sprints.

We need to add Brand and others ticket Fileds

I strongly agree with the opinions mentioned above and would like to request the ability to freely change the columns displayed in the "Requested tickets" in the end user profile view (similar to the ticket list view).

Yes please! We go there all the time to see tickets that agents are working on or what end-users have requested. There are details we need to know and being able to customize that would be beneficial

We have custom ticket field to classify customer inquiries. Please make it possible to add a custom ticket field in this section so that we can easily see what categories of inquiries we have received from customers in the past. It is necessary to quickly check if there are any recent or past inquiries related to a new inquiry from a customer. I hope zendesk team will take care of this problem soon.

We therefore have to create additional views
