Bulleted and numbered list for Flow Builder

It would be helpful to have the ability to include bulleted and numbered lists in the flow builder steps; specifically the "Send Message/present options" steps. If there's a process that is 3 steps or less for the user to self-serve their request, I'd like to include those steps in the chat bubble itself, along with the detailed help center article if they'd prefer to view that.

100% agree. It would look much cleaner to have a bulleted list of steps as opposed to all the extra wording.

Allison Sargent we just discovered if you type the bullets or numbered list in Microsoft Word and copy paste into the flow builder, it does show up as expected. Try that!
