Ability to remove sending chatbot summaries by email
When users ask something by chatbot widget, a summary is send by mail when conversation is closed.
It would be better to choose if we want this summary to be send or not.
Personnaly, i don't like it to be send but i can't remove it.
The shaping is really not nice neither.
I hope this possibility will be available soon.

You can disable "continuous conversations" by referring to the article below.

Hello, I already disable this, but chatbot still send all the summary after chat.
This setup is just to allow client to receive chat after 10 min without answer by email and continue the conversation by email.
