I believe many of your customers including me collect country/region data for messaging tickets. There are more than 100 countries/regions around the world, so you really need to consider increasing the limit for country/region in messaging form. 

Your support agents suggest us to collect data by agent asking, but this is not user-friendly nor efficient. We really want to make customers free to find their countries/regions from the dropdown box.
