Feature request - Explore change attribute widget formatting options don't affect the buttons
Some of the widgets that could benefit from rich formatting don't include those options. This makes those widgets less intuitive for users/viewers that aren't very familiar with the dashboard, or Zendesk dashboards in general.
To improve the experience of those end users and the look and feel of these widgets and the dashboards overall, it would be helpful to include not just the widget options but also the widget header options available to reports, but apply those options to the styling of the actual, functional widget pieces (ie. I'm hiding the header of the change metric widget below because the buttons speak for themselves, but would like to style the buttons).
Specifically - adding button options like text bolding, orientation, button spacing/padding, and background color would assist the end user to understand that these are clickable buttons, improved layout would help the viewer infer the area affected by those buttons, and it would simplify and enrich the options available to the dashboard builder.
(Some of the layout goals - but not the text formatting options - could probably be accomplished by adding a bunch of individual widgets for each change metric attribute, but that just sounds like a lot of hassle and would increase load times and defeats the purpose of the list.)

Bad news: They are removing most/all of this functionality related to this that exists currently in the "new" Dashboard builder, and have told me there are no plans to introduce any new further fixes or features to the existing one.
You can check out what's being removed (it's a lot) here:
https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4438792937114-Comparing-features-available-in-the-dashboard-builder
Title options, font choices, even choosing your own spacing, it's all being removed. They are also removing "Change Metrics" entirely, so down the road, you won't even be able to make this report. I'm not thrilled myself, either. -
CJ Johnson - thanks for sharing that link. Simply breathtaking. My benefit-of-the-doubt voice is telling me that there must be a coherent strategy for replacing all these features, and a corresponding post somewhere that isn't just some choppy bullet list with zero context. Have you seen one?
