The bot cannot find articles from other brands in Flow Builder.
We are using multiple brands. I set up a messaging channel for each brand, and each bot is also using a brand channel.
And I tried to link to Brand B's help center articles in the flow builder of Brand A's bot with "show helpcenter Articles".
However, articles of brand B were not searched.
I found that articles from different brands did not find each other in Flow Builder.
I want the bot to display articles from different brands to the end user.
At the moment, it's not possible to offer or suggest an article from a brand not under the Bot's assigned brand. Bots are applied to channels of a specific brand and channels can only be associated with one brand.
But "knowledge capture" apps can do it.
I think bots should be able to cross other brands.
I received confirmation form our product team that there are no plans to offer articles from another brand in Flow Builder at the moment.
