We are using multiple brands. I set up a messaging channel for each brand, and each bot is also using a brand channel.
And I tried to link to Brand B's help center articles in the flow builder of Brand A's bot with "show helpcenter Articles".
However, articles of brand B were not searched.
I found that articles from different brands did not find each other in Flow Builder.
I want the bot to display articles from different brands to the end user.
