It's 2023 - is there going to be a change to the dropped chat logic?
AnsweredI came across community posts dating back to 2017 where ZD users complained about the dropped chat logic:
This was a response from 2021:
Now it's 2023, is there any plan to change this logic specifically for chat (not your messaging option) or give account admins the ability to customize this for their agents?

Unfortunately we dont have any plans at the moment to implement this for chat.
We would however love to hear any concerns you may have in moving to our messaging offering.
