Having a single Timezone across account for reports & dashboards

Hello,

We have a team spread across different timezones and while reviewing the same report, our team members get different numbers based on the location/timezone they are in. Is there a way now in Zendesk to set up a single timezone across the account to facilitate this?

While searching through the help section, I came across the comments of Ryo and Anissa, but could not locate if there idea was put in as a Product Feedback or has already been resolved since.

I believe such an option to customise the Timezone for reports/dashboards across the Account will be extremely helpful.

This feature won't be in our roadmap for 2024.

I understand that this may be disappointing, our intention here is to be transparent with our plans so that you can continue to remain aware of how Zendesk is moving forward in the near term.
