I don't get what the suggestion is

    Hi Paula Saboia - Agente thank you for letting us know, it is not expected behavior and it could be caused by a different language than English. For now, during EAP we only support English but for sure we will look into it, and back with the information.

    If it is only English could you please unroll us?

    I don't remmember reading anything about the language of the EAP in the T&C.
