Suggesting tags for the suggested macros
Hi there! Enjoying digging into this tool but had a quick question/bit of feedback - will there be a function down the line on this to suggest other features to be applied to a ticket if the suggest macro is used? For example, a macro suggested falls into the Damaged Product category of tickets. Would a macro suggestion be able to also suggest changes to a custom ticket field we use for Damaged Product inquiries? Would it be able to suggest tags to add to the ticket? That would be incredibly useful at least for us - we track macro usage by using tags.
Thank you for your feedback and for using our tool. We appreciate your suggestion about adding a function for suggesting other features to a ticket, such as changes to custom fields or tags. We'll definitely take this into consideration and work on improving our feature.
