How to set which help center is displayed/opened first?
If you have multiple helpcenter/brands and you click on the product switch and open the Guide. Where can you define which guide or brand is shown first?
The first is shown Agent's guide HC.
Please check your Brand settings there -

Unfortunately, no way to change it at this moment. We're sorry for all inconvenience with that and stay tuned.
Is there any logic to how this assignment is set at the beginning?
Yep. The first HC is the default one, which you have created from scratch initially.
