Ability to put an emoji on a client or agent message

We are very interested in the possibility of making emoji reactions to client messages, as well as the fact that our client could make such reactions to the agent's messages.
It will bring us and our clients closer to each other, as it will be like a conversation between friends. It will also help us analyze good and bad messages.
Are there any plans to implement such a feature?
