Add the ability to use stickers (preset for agents)

Nice to have feature request. Please add stickers! Messaging means we're chatting with clients like friends. Clients often asks us to add stickers. And we want to add stickers to agents.
Will it be possible to do this?

We'd also really appreciate this feature.
We've had custom brand stickers made for us for multiple uses and it would be great to be able to have our agents use this when talking directly to customers for a consistent brand experience.
