How can i collect more customer data through zendesk responds
I want to collect more fiedls including Phone Number, Order Number through business hours responds, Currentlys its only showing 2 fields, Email and Name, Let me know if its possible or not?

Are your customers using Zendesk Web form when submitting tickets?
