Messaging Scroll Bar

This extra scroll bar appeared instantly while I was chatting with a customer. Zooming out / in did not remove the annoying scroll bar. This was not present on my end before. Hopefully, we'll find ways to remove it because it blocks some mess
ages that I type.

I am also having this issue! I've tried Echatting with Zendesk Support but they said there wasn't a way to disable this even though it only appeared yesterday and none of my other colleagues are experiencing this?

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing the feedback. I don't work on this part of the product but I noticed this happening in my account and it is related to the Grammarly extension. Once you disable the browser extension, the scroll bars no longer appear in the editor.
As it is something their extension is adding to the text editor, I am not sure there is much we can do to prevent this from happening.

We had the same thing! But if you download Grammarly onto your computer (instead of having the Chrome extension) - Grammarly works in the background but the Grammarly icon/widget disappears and the scroll bar is gone - win-win!
