our customers need to see how many open high priority tickets have been raised from their entire organization. how to add a column to organization tickets for customers?

Hi Vedant Pednekar you can add the priority column if you are using the Open Beta - new request list experience. :) 

This feature will let you add the fields in your columns such as ticket type and priority.
