Automatic email replies with different language,

Dear All,

I have set zendesk as English as default language in Admin center however i receive automatic replies with German.

Does anyone kindly teach me how to change the language into English for email?

Hello! It sounds like you may have set the account's default language to English, but you'll want to make sure that you have set the user's language as well as described here. Dear Sabra, Thank you for your response.

I changed the user's language which you mentioned but as you can see from the attachments, agents receives mail with German and also requester receive reply with German. How can we change all format into English?
